MorrowFlow is designed around data minimization and local-first financial planning.

本政策说明 MorrowFlow（“我们”）如何处理你在 App 中录入的信息。MorrowFlow 不提供银行、支付、投资、信贷或理财服务。

1. 概览

MorrowFlow 是个人支出规划工具。除非你主动开启 iCloud 同步，记录默认保存在你的设备上。我们不投放广告，不使用广告标识符，也不进行跨 App 或跨网站追踪。

2. 我们处理哪些数据，以及原因

你录入的财务规划信息
包括订阅、分期、计划支出、预算、金额、币种、日期、付款方式和你为记录设置的名称。它们用于生成预算、统计、未来支出预测和提醒。
应用设置与技术状态
包括语言、主要币种、每周起始日、引导完成状态、提醒与同步开关，以及本地汇率缓存。它们用于记住你的偏好并使 App 正常运行。
通知偏好
如你允许通知，App 会在设备上安排本周支出摘要。本地通知不需要我们运营推送服务器。
可选的 iCloud 同步数据
仅在你开启“iCloud 同步”后，上述记录和设置会写入与你 Apple 账户关联的私有 CloudKit 数据库，用于在你的设备之间同步。关闭同步不会自动删除已同步的数据；删除请求见下文。
汇率请求
App 会向 Frankfurter 汇率服务请求所选基准货币和目标货币的汇率。该请求不包含你的记录名称、金额、预算或 Apple 账户信息。
Apple Intelligence 功能
如你主动使用购买解读，App 会将必要的预算摘要交给 Apple 的系统智能功能生成文字解读。App 不会将这项内容发送到我们自有服务器；Apple 对其系统功能的数据处理适用其自身条款和隐私政策。

3. 共享、第三方与跨境传输

我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将数据用于定向广告或追踪。为提供功能，信息可能由以下服务处理：

  • Apple CloudKit：仅在你选择 iCloud 同步时，用于在你的设备之间保存和同步私有数据。
  • Frankfurter：用于提供货币汇率；仅接收货币代码等必要请求参数。
  • Apple 系统服务：用于你授权的本地通知和你主动触发的 Apple Intelligence 功能。

这些服务可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据。我们仅在提供相应功能所需的范围内进行传输。

4. 保存与删除

本地记录会保留在你的设备上，直到你在 App 中删除相关记录、移除 App，或系统清除 App 数据。若启用 iCloud 同步，私有 CloudKit 数据会为维持同步而保留。你可以随时在设置中关闭同步；如需协助删除与同步有关的数据，请通过下方支持渠道联系。

5. 你的选择与权利

  • 可在 App 中修改或删除大部分支出记录与设置。
  • 可在系统设置中允许或拒绝通知。
  • 可在 App 设置中开启或关闭 iCloud 同步。
  • 在适用法律赋予你访问、更正、删除或限制处理等权利时，可联系我们提出请求。

6. 安全

我们采取合理措施保护数据，但任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。请使用设备锁屏和 Apple 账户安全措施保护你的设备与 iCloud 账户。

7. 未成年人

MorrowFlow 并非面向儿童设计。若你认为未成年人向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们。

8. 政策更新

我们可能因功能或法律要求更新本政策。更新后会在此页面公布新的生效日期；重大变更会在合理可行时通过 App 或本页面提示。

This policy explains how MorrowFlow (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information you enter in the app. MorrowFlow does not provide banking, payment, investment, credit, or financial-advisory services.

1. Overview

MorrowFlow is a personal spending-planning tool. Your records are kept on your device by default unless you choose to enable iCloud Sync. We do not serve ads, use an advertising identifier, or track you across apps or websites.

2. Data we handle and why

Financial-planning information you enter
This includes subscriptions, installments, planned expenses, budgets, amounts, currencies, dates, payment methods, and names you assign to records. It is used to create budgets, statistics, forecasts, and reminders.
App settings and technical state
This includes language, primary currency, week-start preference, onboarding state, reminder and sync settings, and cached exchange rates. It lets the app remember your preferences and operate correctly.
Notification preference
If you allow notifications, the app schedules a weekly spending summary on your device. Local notifications do not require a push server operated by us.
Optional iCloud Sync data
Only when you turn on iCloud Sync, the records and settings above are written to a private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account so they can sync across your devices. Turning sync off does not automatically erase previously synced data; see deletion below.
Exchange-rate request
The app requests exchange rates from Frankfurter using your selected base and target currency codes. The request does not include record names, amounts, budgets, or your Apple Account information.
Apple Intelligence feature
If you choose to generate a purchase explanation, the app provides the necessary budget summary to Apple’s system intelligence feature. The app does not send this content to a server operated by us; Apple’s handling of its system features is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Sharing, service providers, and international transfers

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or tracking. Information may be handled by the following services solely to provide the relevant feature:

  • Apple CloudKit: only if you choose iCloud Sync, to keep and synchronize private data across your devices.
  • Frankfurter: to provide exchange rates; it receives only necessary request parameters such as currency codes.
  • Apple system services: for notifications you authorize and Apple Intelligence features you actively trigger.

These services may process information outside your country or region. We transfer information only as needed to provide the relevant feature.

4. Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you delete the relevant record in the app, remove the app, or the operating system clears app data. If iCloud Sync is enabled, private CloudKit data is retained to maintain synchronization. You can turn sync off at any time. For help deleting sync-related data, contact us using the support channel below.

5. Your choices and rights

  • You can edit or delete most spending records and settings in the app.
  • You can allow or deny notifications in system settings.
  • You can enable or disable iCloud Sync in the app settings.
  • Where applicable law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, or restriction, you may contact us to make a request.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is absolutely secure. Protect your device and iCloud account with device lock and Apple Account security measures.

7. Children

MorrowFlow is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect feature or legal changes. We will post the new effective date on this page and, where reasonably practicable, give notice in the app or on this page for material changes.
